When we were first planning this video Paulo and Ross were our dream cast – and our dream came true. Paulo inspects every bit of Ross’ hot pulsating arsehole.. first he pushes his rubber gloved fingers in, then a metal probe, but when he realises his patient is a fraud, just looking for a cheap thrill at the expense of the NHS…its time to pull out the big gun, (and this fucking beast looks like it was moulded at Navarone).
