Evan Parker and Matthew Keading are out for a run on a beautiful sunny day in San Diego. When Evan helps Matthew stretch his legs after their workout, they discuss Matthew’s search for a new apartment. He discovers that Matthew hasn’t had any luck finding a new home so Evan helps Matthew out by offering up his spare room. They go back to Evan’s place to look at the room where Matthew decides he can’t refuse the offer. Matthew gives Evan his tight twink hole to thank him for his generosity.
