The powerfully dynamic music signals the arrival of manly muscleman Derek Russo who is here at Urban Body for a heavy duty leg workout you’ll see nowhere else. At first you only catch a few glimpses of this body but you will soon see much more as he goes through the calf phase of his routine. You’ll see thick, heavy forearms and calves before the camera zeroes in on the handsome face of Derek Russo who looks into the camera with his penetrating and determined masculine look.
At last you next see Derek shirtless with a dusting of hair and ripped abs as he performs a series of quad building exercises. As the camera moves to a front view Derek’s shorts disappear before your yes and you see the naked and thick muscle body that you knew was lurking under his clothes. When the scene shifts to the gym shower Derek stands under the water slowly rinsing himself off, running his hands over his body and turning around to show off an incredible muscled ass. When Derek does flex his legs he barely has to show any effort no matter what the camera angle. There’s a bonus reprise of that final sequence with director’s narration and few seconds more when Derek’s concentration is broken and he cracks up.
