Muscleman Alfredo Castaldo and bodybuilder Rod Stevens want to decide who is the tougher wrestler. Hard decision because both are very energetic and have excellent wrestling skills. They start the competition with a pose-off showcasing their huge muscles, intense muscle worship with evil smiles on their faces and hard pecs-punching exchanges.
They continue the battle with an endurance test of push-ups, and to make it more difficult, they pull out each others hands. After an unlucky pull, Rod falls into his nose and becomes supermad and attacks Alfredo.
Crazy, energetic and strong speedo wrestling session starts with sleepers, nelsons, abdominal strech, bearhugs, boston crab, face pins, body scissors, school boy pins, shoulder backbreakers, surfboard and torture racks.
