MEMBER NEWS: Hi, and welcome back! As you may know, in August, I began experimenting with a new live format instead of only posting pre-recorded stroke sessions. I received several messages from fans saying that they enjoyed the live shows but also missed the non-live videos. So, I’ve decided to do both. One week will be a live broadcast and the next week’s update will be a regular video. This week’s update (below) is just me and the cam… (not live.)
